AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that all podcast content is generated by artificial intelligence and may:

• • Contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations
• • Not reflect the most current information
• • Differ from official company statements
• • Include AI-generated voices that are not real people

Social Media Integration

Beta Finch may post content to your social media accounts (such as TikTok) on your behalf. By connecting your account through our OAuth authorization flow, you:

• • Grant Beta Finch permission to publish video content to your account
• • Acknowledge that posted content is AI-generated and clearly labeled as such
• • May revoke access at any time through the connected platform's settings
• • Remain responsible for content posted to your account

We access only the minimum permissions needed to publish content. We do not read your messages, access your followers list, or collect data beyond what is required for the posting functionality.

Intellectual Property

The Beta Finch name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Beta Finch. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

Podcast content may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Commercial use requires our explicit permission.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created analysis
• • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our systems
• • Use automated tools to excessively access our services
• • Redistribute our content for commercial purposes without permission

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETA FINCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
